Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall support in the recruitment process and ensuring that all recruitment activities are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, solid communication skills, problem solving and decision making abilities, as well as excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing job postings for open positions
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews with potential candidates
• Negotiating salary packages with candidates
• Carrying out background checks on potential candidates
• Assisting with onboarding of new hires
• Maintaining records of all recruitment activities
