We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful applicant will be responsible for finding, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates for our vacancies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to identify the right people for the job. Additionally, they should be familiar with HR best practices and able to use a variety of sourcing strategies.

The job duties of a Recruiter include but are not limited to screening resumes and applications; conducting phone interviews; researching potential candidates; scheduling interviews with hiring managers; preparing job descriptions and advertisements; providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates; maintaining up-to-date records of applicants; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The successful applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting, as well as knowledge of labor legislation. They should also be willing to consider immigrated candidates and have strong problem solving skills.
