Job Responsibilities:
-Designing floral arrangements according to customer specifications or personal designs -Sourcing fresh flowers from local suppliers as needed -Displaying flowers appropriately to ensure maximum appeal -Maintaining stock levels of flowers, vases, and other supplies -Ensuring that all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times -Providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with their orders.

Required Qualifications:
-At least two years of experience in floral design or related fields -Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plant varieties -Strong creative skills with an eye for detail -Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure -Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service -Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
