They must demonstrate strong problem solving capabilities, a high level of self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of relevant industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• A Bachelor's degree in Petroleum engineering or an equivalent field
• At least 5 years of experience in reservoir engineering or related field
• Knowledge of petroleum production processes
• Experience with well surveying & completion methods
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or MATLAB
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
