Job Title: Personal Trainer
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1700 AED/month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a passion for health and fitness, have knowledge of various training techniques, and be able to work with clients of all ages. The role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized exercise plans that cater to the needs of individual clients
• Design programs based on clients’ goals and abilities, including cardiovascular workouts, strength training exercises, stretching routines, and nutrition advice
• Monitor progress closely through regular assessments and adjusting the program accordingly
• Provide instruction on proper form and technique for various exercises
• Educate clients about safe fitness habits and nutrition practices
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during training sessions
• Remain up-to-date on the latest developments in the fitness industry

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
• Knowledge of specialized exercise techniques such as Plyometrics, Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells etc.
• Ability to create effective workout plans that meet clients’ needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
