We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Chef with a passion for cooking to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to think on their feet, lead by example and have excellent organisational skills.

The position requires an individual who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in the food industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operation and delivering high quality food with innovative presentation. This individual will also be required to ensure that food safety standards are met while managing budgets and controlling costs. Additionally, this person will be responsible for menu planning, staff training, maintaining inventory and creating new recipes.
