The Executive Chef is responsible for the successful management of all culinary operations within a high-end restaurant in Dubai. The successful applicant must have an outgoing and vibrant personality, as well as 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Executive Chef will be expected to lead and inspire the kitchen team, motivate and develop them to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and efficient kitchen environment at all times; create inspiring menus; have a strong knowledge of food trends; adhere to health and safety regulations; manage budgets, supplies, and inventory. Furthermore, the Executive Chef will be required to produce high-quality meals that are consistent with specific standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of operations.
