Executive Chef vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, such as menu planning, kitchen staff management and organization, food preparation and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills and a passion for great food. The ability to manage a large team of cooks and kitchen staff is essential, as well as the ability to develop new recipes and menus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry is preferred. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates who possess the necessary skills for this role.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for ensuring all dishes served meet high standards of quality and presentation. They will also be required to monitor costs, enforce food safety regulations, order kitchen supplies and maintain a clean work area. An understanding of nutrition and familiarity with international cuisine is desired.

A salary of 1500 AED per month is offered for this position. The right candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
