Job Title: Executive Chef

Salary: 1500 AED

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position requires a highly motivated and creative individual to create innovative menus and manage the daily operations of a kitchen. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of traditional and modern cooking methods, great organizational skills, and experience in leading a team of cooks.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new menu options that are creative and appealing to customers
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff and associated activities
• Design efficient operational systems that ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
• Monitor food costs, staffing levels, and budgeting in order to maximize profits
• Oversee daily purchasing decisions, including vendors selection, inventory management, and quality control
• Train cooks on new techniques and recipes to maintain high standards for food quality
• Communicate with customers regarding their feedback on food quality and service
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations regarding food preparation and storage
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers in order to ensure the best quality produce at the best prices

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef preferably within a luxury hotel or restaurant setting • Proven track record of creating innovative menu options • Ability to lead a team of cooks and effectively manage their activities • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Knowledge of local cuisine & international trends in cooking methods • Thorough understanding of health regulations regarding food preparation & storage • Proficiency in English language is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
