Executive Chef job in Dubai UAE


We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in the same role and will lead a team of talented chefs in creating inventive and delicious dishes for our guests.

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall success of the kitchen and dining room operations, as well as creating new menus and recipes while also overseeing food preparation, presentation and safety. You will ensure that food quality is consistently high, that all safety protocols are followed, and that you are meeting any budgetary goals or targets. You will also be in charge of staff scheduling and training, as well as managing inventory and supplies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, be organized, creative and have a good knowledge of international cuisine from different countries.
