Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 1200
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of engineers, designers and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, track progress against these plans, and course correct as needed
- Manage the project team by allocating tasks, setting expectations, providing guidance and support where needed
- Coordinate with stakeholders in order to ensure project objectives are met within the established timeline and budget
- Monitor project performance including cost control, risk management and quality control
- Prepare reports on project status on a regular basis for senior management review
- Develop long term strategies to improve processes and systems used across all phases of the project life cycle.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in a technical environment
- Proven ability to identify risks associated with projects early on in the development process
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to make decisions quickly
