Project Manager – Dubai - 1600 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. They should also have a thorough understanding of project management principles and techniques. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and budgets
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects
• Guide the selection of appropriate methodologies, tools, and technologies for each project
• Monitor progress against goals, take corrective actions when needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports on project progress, milestones, and deliverables

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience with project management in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Capable of working both independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Adaptable problem solver with strong analytical skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • PMP certification is a plus
