Restaurant Manager (Dubai)

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of a restaurant, including overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry and have strong managerial, organizational and customer service skills. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in English is essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Hiring, training and managing staff
• Setting and monitoring budgets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, health and hygiene in the restaurant
