We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least three years of experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the restaurant follows health and safety regulations.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee all staff and ensure that they work together to provide excellent customer service. This includes monitoring their performance, training new employees, resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally, and providing feedback to management when necessary. They will be responsible for managing restaurant supply inventory levels as well as placing orders with suppliers when needed. Additionally, they will ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in accordance with local laws and regulations.

The successful candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude towards customers and staff members alike, knowledge of relevant food safety protocols and regulations, strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members. Experience in managing staff is also a must.
