Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, organized and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and staff performance, as well as ensure the efficient running of all aspects of the business. We offer an attractive salary package of 1600 AED. Experience is not essential; however, we are willing to consider immigrants who have relevant experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing operational strategies that maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
• Monitoring financial performance, analyzing profits and losses and taking corrective action when necessary
• Developing effective marketing strategies that increase profitability
• Managing budgeting activities such as purchasing, cost control and inventory management
• Managing staff recruitment, training and development processes
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
• Leading customer service initiatives that maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in restaurant management or equivalent position
• Expert knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices in kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to motivate a team of employees
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
