Job description:
We are looking for a professional Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, as well as excellent knowledge of wine and spirits.

Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on food and wine pairings, based on their tastes and preferences.
• Recommend wines to customers based on their budgets and preferences.
• Assist in the selection, ordering and delivery of wines from suppliers.
• Ensure that all wines are stored properly and securely to maintain quality.
• Develop relationships with wineries, restaurants and other establishments to secure exclusive deals for the establishment.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends in the wine industry.
• Provide assistance with events or tastings hosted by the establishment.
• Train other staff members on wine knowledge and proper service techniques.
• Develop promotional materials for wines sold at the establishment.

Salary: 1200 AED per month (negotiable). We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
