Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be appointed with a salary of 1100 and we are open to considering applications from foreign nationals.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring all staff are adequately trained and that customer service is of the highest standard. This includes menu selection, pricing and presentation as well as staff performance management. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues alike. They should also have a clear understanding of financial processes in order to maintain appropriate stock levels, cost-effectiveness and profitability.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the food industry, ideally in a managerial role, as well as an excellent knowledge of the local market and competitors’ strategies. They should be organized and able to effectively manage their time when dealing with multiple tasks. An enthusiastic attitude towards work is also essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, is driven by results and has a passion for restaurant management. A degree in hospitality or business management would be highly beneficial but not essential for this position; however, previous experiences should demonstrate the necessary knowledge base for success in this role.
