Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our restaurant as a Restaurant Manager in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the restaurant, overseeing employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant.

Job Duties:
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff performance and scheduling, inventory management and ordering of supplies, developing marketing strategies, handling customer complaints and inquiries, maintaining health code standards, budgeting, controlling food costs and labor costs. You will also be expected to lead by example by providing excellent customer service to all guests.

Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with an exceptional level of organization who has strong leadership skills and is able to take initiative when needed. A Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality is preferred but not required; however, experience in a similar role is required. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities in order to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 900 per month along with other benefits such as medical insurance coverage and vacation time off. We are also open to hiring an immigrant who meets the requirements listed above; however sponsorship is not provided by our company at this time.
