Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1300 AED/month

We are looking for a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant operations, including staff, food and beverage management, customer service and financial performance.

You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. Fluency in English is essential, along with working knowledge of any other relevant languages. An understanding of the Middle Eastern culture and customs is also advantageous.

The successful candidate will be able to manage all aspects of the restaurant operation from front-of-house to back-of-house operations. You will create a positive atmosphere within the team while ensuring that all necessary health and safety standards are met in accordance with local regulations. In addition, you will ensure that customers receive outstanding service as well as monitor staff performance to ensure quality standards are maintained.
