Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our library and providing resources to patrons. This is a full-time role with an attractive salary of 900 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection of books, magazines, multimedia materials, and archives.
- Ensure the proper cataloging, classification, and circulation of library materials.
- Develop procedures for the selection, acquisition, maintenance, and weeding of library materials.
- Provide reference services to patrons in person or by telephone or email.
- Assist patrons in locating materials or obtaining information from other sources.
- Manage library budget and purchase new materials as needed.
- Keep records of circulation transactions and overdue notices.
- Plan activities such as book fairs, author visits, reading clubs, etc., to promote reading among patrons.
- Promote programs such as summer reading clubs or book clubs through social media outlets or other means.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field is required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years' experience working as a Librarian is required
- Excellent research skills and knowledge of library systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
