Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences or related field
• Experience working in a library setting (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including experience with library software programs such as Evergreen or Sierra. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the library’s collection of books and other materials, including cataloging, organizing, and shelving books according to established procedures.
• Assisting patrons with locating materials or using library resources such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Answering reference questions by researching information sources online or in print.
• Updating the library’s online catalog regularly with new items.
• Planning programs such as book clubs or workshops for patrons of all ages.
