Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking to fill the role of a Secretary in Doha. The salary is 1500QR. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing emails. They will also be in charge of organizing documents and filing paperwork, as well as other clerical duties as needed. Furthermore, they will provide support to other staff members and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities. They should also be proficient in using office equipment such as computers and printers, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience is not necessary, but it would be beneficial.
