Job Description: We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to; maintaining and organizing office documents, correspondence and filing systems, preparing documents and reports, taking minutes of meetings, assisting with scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, handling incoming mail and ensuring timely response to requests. They may also be asked to carry out other duties as directed by their supervisors.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken), organizational skills with strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), a friendly demeanor with an ability to interact well with customers, colleagues and suppliers. Additionally we require that the individual must have lived in Qatar for at least 2 years prior to applying for this position. A valid Qatar ID is required for this role as well as an existing work permit if applicable.
Salary: 1600 QR per month
