Job Summary
Secretary position available in Doha with a salary of 1000. We are looking for an organized and efficient individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries.

Job Duties
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Drafting letters, memos, reports as needed
• Handling office supplies inventory
• Filing documents as necessary
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required
