Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1100 QAR/month+
Experience Required: None

The successful candidate for the position of Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys and determining precise measurements to determine land boundaries. The surveyor will use specialist equipment such as theodolites, total stations and GPS receivers. The surveyor will also be expected to have knowledge of boundary laws and regulations.

The key responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include:
• Prepare detailed reports on surveys conducted;
• Calculate precise measurements using specialist tools;
• Analyze data collected such as land characteristics, elevation and geographical features;
• Produce accurate maps that accurately represent the surveyed area;
• Maintain accurate records of surveys carried out;
• Adhere to safety protocols when conducting surveys onsite;
• Ensure all survey work is completed to a high standard in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail and good problem solving skills. The ability to work independently and collaborate with other members of staff is essential. Must also have experience with relevant software packages such as AutoCAD or GIS software. A valid driver’s license and experience working on foreign soil is advantageous but not essential. We are willing to consider a foreign applicant for this role.
