Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Surveying Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS systems, surveying software, and other related programs
• Strong knowledge of survey equipment (theodolites, total stations, GPS systems)
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency

Responsibilities:
• Collect data from field surveys using various survey methods such as boundary surveys, aerial surveys, topographic surveys, etc.
• Analyze collected data to calculate map coordinates using appropriate mathematical techniques
• Create plans using AutoCAD/GIS software according to guidelines set by local regulations
• Manage the production of accurate maps & drawings for property boundaries or other objects • Conduct research on legal records related to land ownership & boundaries
• Update database with all relevant information related to land survey projects • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during land survey activities
