Land surveyor vacancy in Doha Qatar


Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1700 QAR per month

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, have excellent attention to detail and have a good understanding of geospatial technology and surveying principles.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting land surveys using modern equipment such as robotic total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors.
- Accurately mapping boundaries and features of land parcels.
- Preparing legal descriptions of property boundaries for use in title documents or other legal documents.
- Preparing detailed maps, reports, deed descriptions and plats of surveyed lands.
- Establishing horizontal/vertical control points for development projects and construction sites.
- Analyzing survey data and presenting results using CAD software or GIS applications.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in land surveying with proven expertise in boundary surveying.
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering or related field preferred.
- Expertise in the use of survey instruments such as robotic total stations, GNSS receivers, data collectors etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS or other GIS/CAD software programs is preferred.
