Land Surveyor

We are looking for a talented land surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, measuring, and mapping geographical data and features in order to create boundary lines, maps, and other documents.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a good knowledge of the principles of land surveying. We are also looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with the latest surveying technology is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize specialized instruments such as total stations, electronic transits, levels, etc., to measure angles and distances
• Analyze survey results using specialized computer programs
• Prepare accurate maps and plans based on survey results
• Establish boundaries from field notes by calculating distances, angles and elevations
• Calculate area size of property or land parcels
• Assist in researching title documents, legal records and other data sources
• Ensure that all surveying activities adhere to regulations set by local authorities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• Knowledgeable in relevant software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
• Ability to interpret maps and technical drawings
• Good communication skills in English (preferably Arabic)
• Previous experience as a land surveyor is preferred

Salary: 1400 AED per month. We are also open to considering immigrants for this position.
