We expect you to have previous experience in a pastry kitchen and be familiar with popular recipes. You should also have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. You should be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Your excellent communication skills will be highly appreciated as you will need to interact with customers on a daily basis.
