We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successful sales experience, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.

The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for generating new sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Duties will include researching potential customers using various sources including current databases, cold-calling, attending meetings with prospects, answering customer queries and providing product knowledge. The Salesman must ensure that all sales targets are met or exceeded through effective management of the sales process.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month with generous commission structure based on performance. Our working hours are 9am to 5pm from Sunday to Thursday, with flexible working hours available during busy periods.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales roles as well as excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is an advantage). A degree in Business Administration or similar is desirable but not essential. We are also ready to consider foreigners for this position.
