The primary job duties of the Crane Operator include operating the crane safely and efficiently under the direction of supervisors; loading, unloading, moving, stacking, or storing materials; ensuring that safety regulations are followed; performing daily pre-operational checks on equipment; inspecting cranes before each shift; testing crane controls to ensure proper functioning; reporting any safety issues or malfunctioning equipment; and monitoring environmental conditions such as wind speed and ground condition to ensure safe operation.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of crane movements and activities; conducting routine maintenance on crane components; participating in team discussions about operational issues or improvements; performing other related duties as required by supervisors; and following all applicable safety regulations at all times.
