We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all business operations, ensuring optimal results and a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team. We are looking for someone who is well-organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Specifically, the Business Manager will be required to:

- Monitor and analyze business operations and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Develop strategic plans for business growth and improvement
- Manage budgets, maintain records, review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the hiring and training of staff; delegate tasks appropriately; evaluate staff performance; provide feedback; take corrective action where necessary
- Establish departmental objectives and implement policies/procedures/processes that align with overall company goals
