Office assistant job vacancy in Haur-Fakkan UAE for foreigners


We are looking for an office assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in order to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking general office duties; this could range from fielding phone calls, responding to emails, ordering office supplies and scheduling meetings. You will also be expected to help with various projects as required, such as updating records, managing databases and providing general customer service. In addition, you will be required to help with clerical tasks such as filing documents and organizing paperwork.

We are happy to consider candidates with no experience for this role; however, you must have a good grasp of English language and basic computer literacies. A high level of motivation and enthusiasm for the job is also essential. The salary on offer is AED 1400 per month.
