Job Responsibilities
-Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
-Answering and directing incoming calls
-Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
-Maintaining office supplies and ordering new items when needed
-Assisting with special projects as requested
-Managing meeting room bookings
-Assisting in organizing company events
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent experience
-Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
