Job Description:
The Surveyor will be responsible for performing land surveys related to engineering projects and construction sites. This includes collecting data using specialized survey instruments, reviewing existing records or plans, determining required measurements and recording the results. The Surveyor will also be responsible for preparing detailed drawings of survey results, ensuring accuracy of all measurements taken and maintaining records of all survey notes and data collected.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential
• Experience in land surveying or equivalent field
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and tools (GPS, total stations, etc.)
• Ability to read maps accurately and interpret aerial photographs
