Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in order to ensure that products are effectively presented in-store
• Develop strategies for increasing store traffic
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create promotional materials
• Ensure merchandising processes are followed accurately
• Assist in product selection, forecasting, ordering, pricing, promotion and display activities

Qualifications and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of merchandising processes preferred
