Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khalifah A City. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and be able to lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets. The position is full-time with a salary of 1600. We are open to considering applicants from an immigrant background.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective strategies for meeting sales goals
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including training, coaching, and evaluating performance
• Provide timely feedback to staff on performance, progress, and areas of improvement
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Create reports on sales performance metrics for upper management review
• Maintain relationships with industry partners to ensure access to the latest products
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints in order to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Act as a mentor to junior members of the team, providing guidance on procedures and processes

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales management roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven record of success in developing innovative strategies that increase revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data analysis software such as Excel or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
