We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Al Shamkhah City. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the same position in a 5-star hotel. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations from planning, preparation and production to presentation and service. They will be required to create menus, manage budgets, evaluate quality control and develop recipes. The Executive Chef will also lead the culinary staff and ensure they are knowledgeable on proper food handling procedures. Additionally, they should have an excellent understanding of food trends, nutrition and customer preferences to help create interesting dishes that appeal to the customers’ taste buds.

The salary for this position is 1000 per month, with the opportunity to earn more depending on performance and experience.
