We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and creating delicious meals that meet customer expectations, as well as ensuring food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Create menus and develop dishes that combine taste and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes.
• Plan production schedules and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor food stock levels, ordering ingredients when necessary.
• Oversee kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen area.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients within specified time frames.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all sanitation standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional setting. (We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience.)
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary: 900 AED per month
