Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are also open to considering applications from immigrants.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef or in a related role
• Culinary training/qualifications from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
• Prepare, cook, and present delicious dishes according to established recipes
• Monitor food stock levels, place orders with suppliers when necessary
• Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure that health & safety regulations are adhered to
• Ensure optimal levels of hygiene throughout the kitchen area   
                            • Maintain accurate records on all food products used in the kitchen
                            • Develop new recipes & menu items on an ongoing basis
