Electrician job vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE


We are seeking an experienced Electrician for a full-time role in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The salary for this position is AED 1300 per month. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates who have minimal work experience in the electrical field.

Responsibilities of the Electrician include but are not limited to:
• Installing and maintaining wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Inspecting electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
• Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools
• Repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Testing electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Identifying electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
• Adhering to all quality and safety codes
• Keeping up with changing technology by attending classes or reading manuals.

Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in electrical engineering preferred but not required
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations; ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams
• Ability to use various types of diagnostic equipment; strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
