Responsibilities
• Create excellent coffee drinks quickly and accurately according to company standards
• Greet customers with a positive attitude and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean workspace during shift
• Receive payment from customers
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stocked at all times
• Follow health and safety standards when preparing drinks
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of Barista experience in a professional setting
• Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, latte art, coffee bean varieties, etc.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) • Attention to detail
