Job Description:
Land Surveyor – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to work in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate measurements and calculating the area covered by a piece of land as well as its boundary lines. This position requires a strong knowledge of surveying processes, land laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting field surveys using the latest surveying technology and equipment
• Preparing detailed maps and sketches that accurately represent the surveyed area
• Analyzing data to determine the elevation of different points on the surveyed property
• Determining boundary lines between different properties
• Preparing legal documents such as deeds, contracts, leases and other related documents
• Assisting in resolving survey-related disputes between landowners
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding surveying activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledgeable with surveying procedures, land laws, regulations, and safety protocols
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, levels etc.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1000 AED per month
