Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
• Dispense prescribed drugs and other medical products to patients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide consultation to customers on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
• Review patient medication profiles for drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, etc.
• Monitor patient safety by verifying dosage accuracy of medications and ensuring safe storage of medications.
• Compound IV admixtures under aseptic conditions; as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of pharmacy inventory through accurate record keeping, ordering of supplies, etc.
• Participate in educational activities (e.g., seminars) to maintain knowledge about current pharmacy practices and standards.

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid license from the Saudi Council for Health Specialties (SCHS).
• Must have at least one year experience working as a pharmacist in an accredited institution or hospital setting; however we are willing to consider immigrant candidates with minimal work experience.
• Must be knowledgeable about all aspects of pharmaceuticals, including dosage forms, therapeutic classes and generic/brand names of drugs.
• Good communication skills are essential for interacting with patients/customers as well as other healthcare professionals.
