Job Title: Accountant
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records for our company, as well as providing support for other accounting and finance functions. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, with knowledge of bookkeeping principles and experience working with accounting software. We are willing to consider foreign candidates with the right qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accepted policies and procedures
• Prepare financial reports including reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, balance sheets, profit & loss statements
• Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
• Monitor cash flow and currency exchange rates
• Prepare tax returns and other relevant documents as required
• Research discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial documents or reports
• Provide support for budgeting processes and preparation of forecasts
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audits

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role or related field
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, relevant laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
