Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver class lectures, assignments and assessments according to curriculum requirements
• Implement lesson plans that meet state education standards
• Ensure effective student engagement with relevant activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
• Maintain all necessary records such as attendance sheets, grades etc.
• Collaborate with other faculty members on various projects or activities
• Participate in professional development initiatives or workshops as needed
• Ability to use technology effectively in teaching
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field
• Teaching certification (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to teach diverse groups of students
• Ability to motivate students using creative approaches
