Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the display and promotion of products in stores and other outlets. You will create plans to increase the visibility of products and ensure that customers are provided with the best possible shopping experience. You will be working closely with store personnel and other stakeholders to ensure that product placement is effective and profitable.

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility as a Merchandiser will be to develop strategies for marketing products in various outlets. This includes developing displays that showcase products effectively, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked, monitoring customer feedback about products, and creating plans for product placement in stores. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking inventory levels and sales figures in order to ensure that the right amount of stock is available at all times. You will also work with store personnel to train them on how to properly merchandise products.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as an understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the retail industry. A background in sales or marketing is preferred but not required. Additionally, you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently or with a team under tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the ability to travel within Doha when needed and must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 QAR per month plus benefits such as paid vacation time off and health insurance coverage for full-time employees.
