Chemist Position - Doha, Qatar

We are an established company in Doha, Qatar looking for a reliable and qualified Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and analyzing chemical compounds, conducting experiments, and researching new technologies.

Job Description:
-Develop and analyze new chemical products and processes
-Conduct experiments to optimize processes in order to meet safety, environmental and cost requirements
-Test the purity of chemicals using various laboratory techniques
-Evaluate processes for efficiency and accuracy
-Research various sources of data in order to develop best practices and effective strategies
-Maintain accurate records of experiments performed
-Identify potential health or safety hazards related to the use of chemicals
-Present findings in a clear manner that can be understood by non-chemists

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field from an accredited university
-2+ years of experience as a Chemist
-Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures & hazardous waste disposal standards -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail -Excellent communication skills both verbal & written -Ability to work as part of a team & independently when needed -Willingness to relocate to Doha is preferred but not required -Immigrants are welcome!
