Land surveyor job vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in surveying and mapping, and will be expected to manage projects and collaborate with other stakeholders in the process.

The salary for this position is 1200 SAR per month, and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare legal descriptions of land parcels, perform calculations related to land measurements, and plot points on maps using a total station.
• Develop survey plans by gathering data from records, maps, aerial photography, surveys or GPS systems.
• Conduct land surveys such as boundary surveys for property lines/areas or topographic surveys for contour maps.
• Assist in preparing estimates of costs associated with surveying projects.
• Analyze survey data collected from field observations to ensure accuracy of results.
• Use survey software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation to prepare sketches and drawings used in reports or other activities.
• Review existing records from past surveys to verify accuracy of information or develop new plans based on existing data.
• Collaborate with engineers or architects during planning or construction phases of projects to ensure accuracy as needed.
