Position Summary:
We are looking for a well-qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering educational programs to students.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a teacher
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current best practices in education

Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Prepare lesson plans and teach students according to curriculum guidelines
• Manage classroom activities including student behavior and learning outcomes
• Monitor students' progress through assessments, tests and other evaluations
• Identify student’s strengths and weaknesses and design relevant programs to help them reach their full potential
• Organize activities, field trips and excursions for students
• Maintain class discipline, create an enjoyable learning environment for the students
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all students receive the best possible education
